MANAGEMENT & BOOKINGS

We handle all legal documentation, including accommodation contracts and the required guarantees.
In addition, we coordinate guest check-ins and carry out post-stay follow-up through satisfaction surveys, ensuring a high-quality experience for both property owners and guests.
POOL & GARDEN MAINTENANCE
We offer a comprehensive pool and garden maintenance service, tailored to the needs of each property. Our specialized team handles cleaning, water quality control, chemical treatments, and technical inspections of the facilities, as well as the care and upkeep of green areas. We ensure outdoor spaces are always kept in optimal condition, ready for guests to enjoy throughout the year.
CLEANING AND LAUNDRY
We have a specialized team dedicated to cleaning tourist accommodations. We take care of both the thorough cleaning of the property and the washing and maintenance of bed linen and towels.
Within a few hours, we prepare your home in perfect condition to welcome new guests, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
